Spent a snow day/night there. Literally a 15min walk to downtown area. Excellent room with jacuzzi, fireplace and mini fridge all in suite. Off season so great price. Staff was extremely courteous and kind. Breakfast was excellent and had a great view of the snowy little town
There was 7 of us staying in different rooms because we went down to see The Nutcracker in the Rose Cliff Mansion and the Artful Lodger is very charming, our room was big, and the bed was very comfortable. The women Heidi was very accommodating and very nice. The women cooking the breakfast was nice too.
My family and I rented the whole Inn back in September for my wedding weekend! Heidi, the owner, was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and had a charcuterie spread set up for us when we arrived. The inn itself is really cute, charming, and in a great location! We can’t wait to come back to stay again the next time we’re in Newport.
