Awful return policy - I ordered several items for a trip to India for a wedding. They arrived the day before we left although ordered 12d before. I did not have time to return these items that didn't work. Now I'm told that the policy is two weeks. Impossible. Artful Home has lost a customer - Lafayette 148's gain.
What an amazing mail order art gallery. I’ve bought many things from this company. I only wish they had a showroom.
Love the clothes. Bought a vest, it didn’t fit. Sent it back for a smaller size. Still didn’t work for me. This ended costing me $47.00 for nothing. They charged me 2x return shipping charges. I will NEVER buy from them again. Very disillusioned.
