They started a job and I erred and paid for it in full. Now I can’t get them to respond to phone, text or chat messages and have no idea if they are going to complete the work or if I need to take legal action
Sent a plumber out to our place. They never did a visual inspection of sewer lines or p-trap, instead just took our best guess of what the issue was (smelly drain, but not sure) they told us to pour bleach down the drain. A quick google search shows that this practice is not recommended, especially if the drain is clogged (which the plumber never checked to see if that was the issue). I'm so appreciative for the professionals at Artex Services. I've had some really bad experiences with plumbing services over the years but had the BEST experience with Artex! I recently had a total plumbing crisis with my main gate valve failing and clogged drains causing flooding in the house. They were awesome at every step of the way. Was livid when I got my bill and it had a $20 gratuity for 3 kids, my husband and myself. Then was charged an almost $5 credit card fee. PLUS they taxed my gratuity. My bill of $106 cost us $140. What use to be a favorite is no longer an option for this family. We will not go back.
