Poor management and communication. I have not received my security deposit. Delayed and unprofessional responses. Do not rent here. Small rooms high con ed bills. Extremely high rent. They play games, do not recommend
I feel as though even 1 star is generous. We moved out on August 31st, and by law our deposit should’ve been returned within 14 days. Weeks later, we’re still waiting! with management now saying payment won’t come until October 1st, hiding behind excuses about “funding issues.” If tenants paid rent late, we’d face fees immediately, yet they feel fine delaying thousands owed. I would like to publicly express my appreciation to this company for providing me a place to call home, and all with such great service that no other company can compete with! Of course, when I received my offer to renew my lease, I just jumped on it and committed to another year. Thank you thank you for your team especially Liz from the maintenance who has never failed to please me, and Hannah from the leasing team who was so nice and understanding all through the renewal process! Well deserved 5+ star rating!!!👍👍🙏🙏
