I purchased this hot tub from Roc** who claimed ownership in this place after finding out he was not owner. Told me he was going to be there for a long time. Promised me tons of things, and when I received hot tub. It did not come with what he had promised. It was very hard to get anyone to come out and Deliver the parts that were not received. Less than a year after purchase we had an issue with the spa. Multiple calls, texts, emails, and the only response is they will get back to me on a solution. No service, no support, no help. We were promised that buying local would be best so that we had someone to go to for questions, concerns, or issues. That seems to be just a selling tactic that is not true.
Really nice folks but we’ve had issues with our tub for months. Called several times. Each time they say they’ll send someone out and it never happens. Have to give up and get support elsewhere.
Bought a swim spa in December 2022, leaked immediately after delivery and was just repaired January 4, 2024 Still don’t have all parts that were damaged at delivery but have moved on working with another company to get everything else resolved. Worst customer service, we were given the run around for a year, every time we would call to speak to them it was like Starting over again! Would not recommend anyone to purchase a spa from them.
Easy to work with Between chatting with Peggy on the phone or Rocky accommodating our questions and negotiating a fair price. They have nice accessories and that was important. Have not taken delivery of the Cal-Spa EC-767L and will review the delivery after we have it. Cal-Spa’s are quality spas and was happy to find a good dealer in this area.
