I want to clarify my earlier comment. It’s not fair to say the property is simply not managed well, because there are individuals here who are genuinely trying. The issue seems to be with upper management or corporate not providing the staff with the right tools and support they need to do their jobs effectively. That said, even when issues are raised, they still take far too long to be addressed

GREAT APARTMENT AND GROUNDS AT COMPLEX,NICE AMENITIES POOL GYM OUTSIDE KITCHEN AND KIDS PLAYGROUND.THE PRICE FOR RENTAL IS AFFORDABLE SO IT IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO LIVE.
I came in looking for apartments in the area I'm new to GA. I thought the complex was exceptionally quiet and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. I can't remember the name of the leasing agent that helped me but they were both super nice I can't wait to live here!!
My rating can change over time but this is my halfway-mark review, Okay so boom first month moving in there are roaches in the kitchen and bathroom constantly, we did pest control but several times followed the instructions to give it a week or 2 in-between sprays to allow time for them to die out but they were staying present up until winter, and I believe they will come back as soon as spring comes around, Boom next, they have valet trash which sounds cool until you realize the hallways will always stink of mildew and food... read more
