It wasnt a good experience. The only thing i was happy with was the rent payment. Moved in 1 apartment, had bugs. Moved into second apartment, and there was mold/mildew in my bedroom. If it rained hard, water would build up and leak into the window seal. Plus there was constant noise from rodents in the ceilings, drains. Nobody did anything to fix the issues. I wouldnt recommend. This place needs a entire makeover.
My roommate and I need to leave immediately! They have you pay so much on top of base rent and do not do their jobs.
If you’re looking for “character,” Artesian East Village has plenty of it. The front gate has been broken for well over a year. At this point, it’s less of a security gate and more of a decorative landmark. The parking lot looks like Swiss cheese, patched, cracked, and full of potholes. I don’t typically write reviews but I have lived here since October the leasing office staff are friendly and accommodating I can say. The amenities are pretty nice valet trash, pool, 24h gym, washer and dryer unit inside apartment and have package concierge. My biggest issue with this apartment is their maintenance staff. For whatever reason their maintenance staff is not doing their job. Since April I have had issues with things in my apartment not getting handled.
