I set an appointment to bring my car into the shop. Upon the reserved date the owner of the place, whom I set up the appointment with, completely losses his temper and rants how he has no space for it and will have it towed if I don't come pick it up. Keep in mind I had to pay to have it towed to his shop in the first place! After inquiring why he would have me set an appointment and reserve a date and time he continues to yell and rant. Poor. Artesian Auto Repair is excellent on diagnostics repairs as well as all repairs for your vehicle. They will help you out on the same day if you are in a jam and need immediate assistance. I have been coming here for years and they have always provided excellent service at a great value. I hardly have to stop by because they keep my car in such great shape.
