I have stayed here weeks at a time, and the staff are here to help with anything. The showers and restrooms are spotless, and the laundry room is well kept. The grounds are kept beautifully. Easy access to Carlsbad Caverns, Cloudcroft, Ruidoso, Sitting Bull Falls, Brantley Lake and Guadeloupe Mountains. All are Within 2 hours. If you are looking for a place with a swimming pool, mini golf and lots of lush trees (though they have some) then keep driving. This is great place at a very reasonable price.
I gave it three stars, only because of no refund, which is understandable in one since, but our circumstances, they should have considered, thus we paid a full month's rent for only two weeks stay there. - But I will say, for the most part, the people who run the place is nice, I'm not sure about "all their managers" as they have several. The place is clean, sites well keep, oh, my husband did say one of the people who drives around was extremely rude to him, and he didn't even know why, might've been a bad day or something ... read more
My family and I stayed here, we loved it very clean and great customer service!
Affordable, clean, quite, secure, close to the town, the staff and the owner are very nice, pet friendly, has 2 laundry rooms( in excellent conditions), 2 shower and restrooms( in excellent conditions), includes city water, cable, internet, sewer, you pay monthly your electricity use, mail service, only a few lots has concrete patios, some lots are too closer, tent areas, pull trough sites, more than 100 lots, convenient office hours, was a nice stay.
This is a very clean park.Most of the people here are workers, they stay for months and months.They get up very very early and make a lot of noise until 7:00am.Some sites are very close to one another.You are right in town so you are close to everything.Its a park where you only want to stay overnight
