Dr. Schwartz and his staff are just wonderful ! Warm and friendly environment. I told Dr. Schwartz what I was looking for out of my breast reduction and he listened. Likewise to other recent reviews, my experience at the front desk today was extremely disappointing. While I fully acknowledge that I was 10 minutes late to my appointment—and even called ahead to confirm their policy—I was shocked at how rudely I was treated upon arrival. Both front desk women spoke to me in a condescending tone and dismissed me rather than handling the situation with basic courtesy. Dr. Schultz removed a spot on my back two weeks ago and it’s healing beautifully. He made sure to go over any and everything related to the incision and what to expect. He also removed a mole on my husband’s leg & was super informative during my consultation for a breast augmentation. Every person I have encountered at the office was kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend.
