I’m a new client I really enjoyed my service Nancy made me feel very comfortable and she was very kind and she would ask if I liked how my nails were looking.
After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I’m disappointed to say that it’s time for me to look elsewhere. The quality and thoroughness of the pedicures have declined noticeably. Areas that used to be carefully cleaned, including around the cuticles and under the nails, are now rushed, and filing has sometimes been uneven. I’ve also paid extra for callus removal and felt that the service wasn’t completed properly. What concerns me most is the lack of attention to sanitation between clients.
