We were able to walk in and get treatment in a timely manner! Great experience. Our nurse, Sarah, was just the sweetest soul! Extremely caring and compassionate. We had an issue with a prescription and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of for us!
Today I called Memorial Family Practice and spoke with “Crisela,.” I had a few questions and she was very polite, patient, and helpful,. So I thought it was time to write a thank you to AGH - MFP in gratitude for the wonderful care from my two recent visits and today from the front desk of “Crisela.’ Very grateful to all. 🌺
If I could give negative stars I would. WORST hospital. They reschedule appointment times and then when you get there they won’t see you. Also can’t ever figure out what’s wrong in their patients. Really really sad.
My daughter established with a primary care recently. She needs a referral to a specialist. Her primary care said she needs labs done prior to her referral. She’s been trying for a month to get the labs done. Only part of the orders we’re put in. She’s called and gone in multiple times every week for the past 4 weeks. Still trying. Very unprofessional!!! Praying her condition isn’t on the serious end of the spectrum. Surprised there hasn’t been a lawsuit for this office as well as the hospital
I have been coughing for 2 days now and called the family memorial practice to schedule a walk in. I was told I didn't need a appointment and I could walk in. When I got off work early to go they told me they were filled and I didn't even get the option to schedule an oppoinment. And was sent away. Keep in mind it's Friday therefore i am gojng to have to wait till monday to get seen. My fault for trusting these "drs" and "nurses" here in Artesia help yourself out and just go to Roswell or carlsbad!!!
