If I could give negative stars I would. WORST hospital. They reschedule appointment times and then when you get there they won’t see you. Also can’t ever figure out what’s wrong in their patients. Really really sad.
Today I called Memorial Family Practice and spoke with “Crisela,.” I had a few questions and she was very polite, patient, and helpful,. So I thought it was time to write a thank you to AGH - MFP in gratitude for the wonderful care from my two recent visits and today from the front desk of “Crisela.’ Very grateful to all. 🌺
Matt Kaiser my PCP and he is the best. He listens, he takes his time and he doesn’t try to push any treatments or drugs.
We were able to walk in and get treatment in a timely manner! Great experience. Our nurse, Sarah, was just the sweetest soul! Extremely caring and compassionate. We had an issue with a prescription and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of for us!
Front desk staff are rude and don’t care about patients. You wait hours to get lab work.
