They seem to think threatening to sue for leaving negative reviews on unrelated frivolous matters and the emotional abuse and prejudice of disabled persons of a protected class is acceptable. Arterra Realty is the worst real estate firm I've ever encountered.
Beware. Models are beautiful but if you need warranty work done be prepared to wait not one not two months not even a year for the work to be completed. A multi-million dollar company cannot replace a standard closet door. After one year it is still on order. And by the way expecting to have bath rugs on the bathroom floor is cosmetic by this company's standard. Unbelievable.
