The quality of the service provided by the leasing staff, and maintenance staff is exceptional. The apartments are very well taken care of, the hallways are always clean, the spa/pool is well maintained, maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner even during on call hours, It's a quiet and peaceful area and i appreciate the work the staff does they really care about this property and you can tell!
I'm curious to know if anybody else is having issues for the most part I love being here at otera and I really miss all your name there's just some controlling person there wants to run people's lives and assume the worst of them anybody else feel that way give some feedback
The leasing office is very racist and so are the maintenance people been here for less than a year and the older white lady in the office has gone out her way to make me feel uncomfortable
