1. The Issue I toured and applied for an apartment at Terra Place, and what started off great turned into a mess of miscommunication and half-truths. 2. After back to back bad experiences with other apartment homes I found this one. Sonya went above and beyond her customer service is unmatched. She followed through from the moment I toured and put in my application. My unit was ready the day she said it would be this was important because I had multiple fall throughs at the previous apartment homes I try to live at. It’s a fun place to live. Been here for about two years. The gals in the office are amazing, they go above and beyond. I love the events they put on for the residents. Holiday party, pool party with Kona Ice, petting zoo with Chick-fil-A, 7 Below, etc. the community itself is quiet, can still hear the neighbors through the walls but that is a given with apartment living, the grounds are clean, maintenance is quick, rent price is okay for the area. Sonya Valdespino, the assistant manager is the best leasing manager I ever had. Overall, we had issues sometimes, but she fixed them, and she is wonderful and kind-hearted. I have lived here for +5 years, and she attended to my needs and eventually, everything got fixed when they said they would. When I needed anything, they delivered right in front of my door very fast.
