A really well run building. Excellent management and door attendants. Very safe, quiet, good parking, and fast elevators. Nice upstairs patio. Reasonable HOA for what's provided. Great location next to walks and two dog parks right near by.
Arterra is aptly named because it is a silver LEED certified building. The desk staff to the maintenance staff are very friendly. The 24 hour front desk is a welcome site when coming home late at night, provides a great feeling of safety and security. Literally two blocks from the baseball park and 8 blocks from the Chase Center. There are so many restaurants and food closeby. Also you are right off the 280 freeway connector but it isn't noisy. Love living here and being in the Mission Bay neighborhood.

Love everything about Arterra! Great location: close to highway, parks, caltrain, restaurant Beautiful views: ocean part of the city Excellent concierge services Great communication: newsletters about services in the building, entertainment, etc... Clean area!
