I'm happy we checked this complex out There wasnt any one in the office. No customer service. No greeting prospective residence. We wanted a ground floor but didn't expect to go down 16 steps to get to the apartment. The area we looked on our own was loud. Could hear all the b neighbors.we didn't feel Welcomed.

I seen these apartments and applied got an phone call the next day & got approved they are so helpful and I'm so excited to move in on march I can't wait for a new start for me & my kids I can't wait to see there face I cried when they said I got approved I worked so hard to find us a new place to call home. Thank you so much.

My family and I had a wonderful experience and we had great communication with the Arterra team. From the application process to our move in day, it has been awesome. They are very helpful and we are so thankful and excited for our new home.
