Scheduled a time to visit at 2:45, manager was on lunch until 3:05, kicked me out of the spot that said “future resident parking” which already left a bad taste in my mouth. We went in and she had no record of our tour that we scheduled over a week ago. Despite requesting to tour a 3 bedroom and gotten multiple emails for confirmation, they had zero three bedrooms available for tour. Which is also contradicting the website. We will not be going back.
I have tried scheduling a tour and every time I give my availability the reply comes to me with options outside my availability. That is a concern already. I’ve been touring a few other places and they’ve been more accommodating. It would be in the interest of management to be more flexible to accommodate schedules for people who work M-F. I’m also curious as to whether AI is responding to me or it’s an actual person lol. Either way, my experience was frustrating.
I lived at this apartment complex is horrid. 1. There is a major homeless issue behind the apartment where my truck was broken in , my partner’s car was broken into, homeless people and teenagers drink and smoke and pee infront of apartments and when reported corporate ignores it and the leasing office that is sometimes possibly open when it is supposed to be open says they will only handle it during office hours. 2. I'm happy we checked this complex out There wasnt any one in the office. No customer service. No greeting prospective residence. We wanted a ground floor but didn't expect to go down 16 steps to get to the apartment. The area we looked on our own was loud. Could hear all the b neighbors.we didn't feel Welcomed.
I seen these apartments and applied got an phone call the next day & got approved they are so helpful and I'm so excited to move in on march I can't wait for a new start for me & my kids I can't wait to see there face I cried when they said I got approved I worked so hard to find us a new place to call home. Thank you so much.
