I have lived here for six months. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the high school and the Smith’s grocery store in the plaza. However, there are some important issues that need improvement. There is dog waste throughout the community and along the outside trails, which makes the environment unpleasant. Not even worth a tour, the "year round pool and hot tub" is always closed, constantly dirty, and let's not get started on the pounds and pounds of dog poop all over the community grounds. Boomers take their dogs out and never clean up their mess. Policy's seem to change here and there but when asked, they are never able to provide upfront and honest answers. Anybody want to take over my lease? I'm still waiting on my back door to be fixed, that has been broken since I moved in.

I love living here kay Lynn is amazing always helping us residents. She’s the reason I moved into these apartments.
The housing is nice, but the pools almost always require maintenance, employees tend to take at least a week on average to respond to work orders, and the rent is unreasonably expensive.
