Where to even begin? I lived at Arterra for two years and everything went down hill, fast. For starters, the "front pool" is broken a lot and is hardly ever cleaned. I never smelled chlorine when I used it either, which is concerning. The trash cans in the pool area were constantly overflowing and hardly emptied. One of the grills in the front pool area was broken. Move in conditions speak for themselves. Yes that is someone else’s pee in the broken toilet. Staff came to fix after we raised the issue but then we came back to a broken closet door. Just a $100 credit and no response about any other ramifications. They’re very good at selling, they have their best staff on that. DISAPPONTING. Willing to amend if they step up.
Kay Lynn was extremely helpful during the leasing process. Very thorough and timely, and which made the process run smoothly.
Kay Lynn was absolutely amazing! The property is everything you could ever want! During our tour, she was very knowledgeable about the complex, answered all of our questions and left no details out. I loved how upfront she was about the property as a whole, it made the experience so special and real, like she really wants what is best for the tenant. I am so excited for my next chapter with Arterra!
