Professional experience for reasonable rates
I have used them several times. Great people to work with. The last time I had an issue they gave me some directions on how to correct my issue on my own. I would recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.
They came out to repair a leak in my tub which they got fixed. But when they put the cartridge in they reversed the settings now the hot comes out on the cold side and the cold comes out on the hot side. It wasn't like that before they replaced the cartridge. I called them to report the problem and they said they would come back out on Wednesday between 12-2. We love these guys. Last time, they figured out a flooding problem and fixed it for a fraction of the estimate that another company gave us (which wouldn't have fixed it anyway!) This time they fixed two problems, explained things, and gave advice. And they left the place spotless!
I have used Arter Plumbing twice and found them to be very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. No issues at all. No plumbing is cheap, but I didn't find their pricing to be excessive.
