The services felt like glorified but harder to use turbotax forms that I filled out myself. And they don't even send in your city of Portland tax forms which makes no sense whatsoever because that's what your being paid to my taxes on whole not in part. I'm honestly upset about the money spent on these services. Wow, where to start... Irena has saved my life. Maybe not literally, but it feels like it. Several years now dong my taxes with this group. This is not your typical tax prep place because: 1) They care deeply and personally about their work which is aka, you, 2) They take their work very seriously, aka., they are highly competent and knowledgable. If you are lucky enough like me to already be a client, good on you. If you are looking for a tax preparer and there is an opening, your search has come to fantastic fruition.
