Artemis Pilates is wonderful! I have been taking Pilates reformer session with Lisa for 2 years. Lisa is very knowledgeable and is quite good at adapting exercises to meet the needs of her clients. She makes the workout session fun and enjoyable, but also challenging. She is always introducing new exercises based on training sessions she attends and keeps the routines fresh and varied. I would highly recommend Artemis Pilates!

I have taken pilates reformer instruction from Lisa for over two years now. She has a very professional set up in her home basement and it is a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Lisa is a very knowledgeable pilates instructor and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for this type of exercise. She provides both private and duet sessions.
