I've had a positive experience in the past, however it seems like when you try to get an answer on something they stonewall you on following up. Basically I ordered an item, they reached out to say they were out of stock and offered another color. Was willing to be flexible on that however they just straight up canceled the entire order and now they won't get back to me.

Artemis Overland Hardware is my new favorite Camping/Overlanding Retailer. There products are the best in there field, there customer service it Top Notch, and there prices are great! Honesty, I dont think I will need to step into another Big 5 sporting goods or REI ever again!! Thank you Artemis for amazing products and excellent customer service especially Kelsie! I look forward to many more purchases from you! Thank you again, I wish I would have found you guys years ago!!
