As a first patient there, this is the worse experience ever. Waiting time is very bad even if you come 1h before your appointment time. You’re being seen 30-45 mins after the appointment time. Once you’re in the room, they make you wait at least 10-15 mins before being seen by a provider. Your prescriptions are not sent the same day. And you have to call them to remind them to send them. I wouldn’t recommend it.
This place without dr Sarah is nothing!
Switching gyno ASAP. Had an appt for July and was called and told there is no coverage for a doctor to see me until October for my annual visit. One of the other times I went, I waited 2 hours to be told the doctor wasn’t there to see me, that she had a birth that day and was in the hospital. If yall are so busy, don’t schedule appts. people take off work for that have to do with people’s HEALTH. Seriously.. we’re talking about a practice that deals with people’s well being. The entire pregnancy was very cared for my Dr. Pemberton and Miss Kayla who is a kind and professional member of the staff. The front desk staff can be unprofessional, speaking about personal matters etc loudly while others can hear in the waiting room. My delivery was a very stressful situation and I feel the midwife lacked experience and empathy for a complicated delivery.
