I'm a new patient and was seen by Rachelle Joseph. She welcomed me with a smile. She was extremely caring, and explained my exam as she went along. She asked lots of questions in order to get to know me better, and asked several times if I had any. I was very comfortable, no pain during exam. I was very satisfied and will be returning.
I adore this office and in particular, the care and attention I received from Nurse Practitioner Rachelle Joseph was top notch.
NP, Rachelle Joseph is excellent as a OBGYN service provider.
Pleasant atmosphere with great staff members.
I loved my experience with the birthing center (5 stars). The actual office - someone said it perfectly - is a mixed bag. Long waits and poor communication. (Posting this review almost an hour into an appointment - still haven't seen the provider yet.)
