Andrea Serano stayed on the phone with me for quite some time, walking me through the process for an ARC request. I am new, and was struggling to get it right. She was very kind and patient.

Isamar at Kindred is an incredibly hardworking, professional, caring, and wonderful person. I believe I speak for the entire Kindred community when I say how grateful and happy we are to have her as part of our community. She truly goes above and beyond, and if I could give a 6-star review, I absolutely would.
I want to clarify this 5-star rating and ensure that it reflects Isabel and not the actual team as a whole. We have spent since December trying to correct an account issue where the closing team assigned us to the wrong condo account. We have emailed and called and gone to the office numerous times. Today we were able to talk to Isabel and she made all the corrections and sent notices to the team for action. If things get sorted, it is 100% due to her effort - as every other person we spoke with did nothing.
My experience with Stephen Lim was extremely disappointing. It should not take two weeks, repeated follow-ups, and corporate intervention from Artemis for a homeowner to receive a clear explanation of HOA fees. Yet that is exactly what happened. For nearly two weeks, I asked direct questions about charges on my account and received responses that were vague, dismissive, and unhelpful.
