Everyone was very nice! Loved my experience
I have seen Dr. Amy for both of my pregnancies, 4 years apart, and have never had a negative experience. All of the staff have always been very friendly. I enjoy talking with Dr. Amy. She's down to earth and explains things in a way you can understand and to not invoke unnecessary worry. We went here for my first girl because the hospital ultrasound made it look like she had a heart defect. I was a mess and Amy provided so much peace of mind and calmed our nerves. I don't know what people are complaining about. We've had nothing but good experiences here
The bad? Front desk and nurse kinda suck. Like to the point that I feel kinda bad for women already nervous that they are in a high risk position and now this woman is outwardly rude. I’ve worked healthcare customer service and Nursing. You can be dry or even not that warm of a person without being rude or just plain cold. The good? Honestly, I liked Dr. R. After reading the other reviews, I was a little anxious going into this appointment and was anticipating a negative experience. I wanted to be sure to leave a positive review for any of those mamas who need it going into their appointment with Dr. Rouse. I had nothing short of a very pleasant experience. She’s very knowledgeable and kind. Her staff was also great. I’m looking forward to my next visit here.
