I was honestly scared to come here for my pregnancy. But, now I’m finished I want to let everyone know how it was for me. Front desk lady has a very bad attitude especially when you request for something. She needs to do something other than customer service honestly. One of the ultrasound techs she has glasses and brown hair, complete angel, she was just as excited as I was each time and she remembered me each time. i was definitely terrified going in seeing all the reviews lol especially after having a bad experience at my last MFM but didn’t experience anything anyone has been through. the receptionist was SO nice and even was talking about where she used to work and cracked jokes. Dr. Rouse was also super nice and reassuring answered all my questions i didn’t feel belittled at all and felt heard :)
Very nice seen quickly staff was polite doctor made sure I left with out any questions or concerns
