Hien guided us step by step thru the process, from choosing the right stone, listening & answering every question patiently, staying within our budget, and making it fun! Everyone we encountered at Artelye was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The installers were masterful, quick and thorough. My quartz countertops look fantastic and the installation was done with care and percision. More than very pleased with the outcome of the entire job.
I noticed that most of the negative comments for this company are from folks who used this company via Home Depot. Since I did the same and had a bad experience maybe there is something wrong with us and NOT this glorious company or??? Anyway, the young lady who handled "Home Depot Accounts" called me and told me that one of the pieces (an L-shaped one) had to be in "two" pieces since ... I told her that would be fine. So happy with our experience with Artelye! After 10 years in our home, we decided it was time for a facelift in all of our bathrooms. Artelye was so easy to work with, and got the job done in our budget and within our time frame. We were able to get all the work done before we had family come to visit.
