I had a very disappointing experience at Artefacto. None of the employees acknowledged my presence or offered any assistance throughout my visit. It felt like I was completely invisible. With the high-end reputation this store carries, I expected at least a greeting or basic customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I won't be returning.
Me and my mother stopped by Artefacto Orlando Outlet as we had seen advertised, Pietra was extremely helpful in describing the products and how they are made, production time and delivery. Beautiful furniture and great customer service, will definitely recommend for any designers in the area.
EXTREMELY Rude staff. No one greets, staff is too busy texting & gossiping.
