Worked with Dean Peterson in leasing a furnished rental. I found correspondence to be selective and condescending. Miss represented amenities in the listing. He is very quick to offer credits to remedy an issue but does not follow through. Requested payment prior to a lease agreement. Rents paid via ACH payment with a $10. "convenience" fee.
