Had problem at first, but got fixed. I was so excited to get my metal print I took from my phone on vacation, what an embarrassment when I opened it in front of my husband and family, especially after telling them the high cost. It was so washed out you could not see the beautiful colors at all, just gray wash. 5-7 days of HD Metal production time on their homepage doesn't seem to mean anything. I ordered 16 days ago and still no update whatsoever. Likely missing deadline for my show. Why do you even do all the promotions when you cannot get things done in time? A professional photographer introduced me to Artbeat Studios when I wanted to have metal prints of two of her images. Then, I ordered a few metal images of (amateur) photos I took on Safari. In both cases ordering was simple and the prints arrived quickly, very securely packaged. On the second order, I wrote my email as .con, instead of .com.
