I’ve gone to frank for the past 3-4 years, but this appointment was frustrating. Despite confirming my appointment would be with Frank and arriving early, I was seen by an assistant and skipped over by someone that came in after me. I was also placed into a faster refund option with higher fees without being asked. Also, their prices were raised which would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Would never recommend this company to anyone. Filed my taxes wrong. Made federal pay me way too much and state not enough. Had to amend my own tax return. Still haven’t been paid correctly. State still owes me 2k. Just found out I have to file a separate state amendment no thanks to him. Stay clear of this place.
Very inexpensive. Very knowledgeable. Cool, Calm, and collected.
