We purchased a vehicle from Arta that was represented to us by the owner as legally passing the MTO's DriveOn Safety Certification. As the vehicle was found to have many concerns right from the beginning we got an independent safety check done by a reputable garage. Subsequently, the MTO inspector removed the plates and deemed the vehicle unfit for the road.
