The Good And The Bad... Dr. Tendler is very kind and has a nice personality that puts you at ease. She is also a very good surgeon, I had cataract surgery on the same eye twice, the second time with more risk of complications, but she did well, there were none, to her credit. The staff there was also very kind and friendly. But there was some "bad". Very expensive there. For each surgery I was charged a non- insurance covered, $300 cash "facility convenience fee", something I found later that the other two well known surgery... read more
Everyone at ART Vision is so nice! This was my first experience with Dr. Tendler and she was amazing. Very down to earth and easy to talk to.
A few years ago I had eye lift surgery on both eyes to improve my vision. The day after the surgery, 1-2 of the stitches came loose. I called ART Vision right away and they told me not to worry about it. However, since then, my eyebrow on that eye is way lower and that eye lid looks like it did before surgery---droopy, etc. It's very noticeable, and I'm very self conscious about it.
