Name Reputation & Ethical Business Practice New floor product purchased at Art Van Flooring along with installation. which included old floor tear out and install of new underlayment in empty newly remodeled kitchen. Contract clearly states that old flooring would be pulled up and new underlayment applied before new hardwood laminate flooring would be installed. This was not done.
