Art was great! He was always quick to respond to any emails, texts, or calls, and made sure to make me feel like I was always his number one priority. I had absolutely zero issues with selling my house largely thanks to him.
Art consistently exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home. We were fearful that a broker who only asked for a reduced commission might only put forth a 1/3 of the work and effort a 3% brokerage would typically do. From the meet-and-greet on, Art helped comfort and educate us that this was not the case. And he was right!
