Well, the pro is that they have nice tile. The con is the atrocious communication and customer service. We are now 8 weeks late on our 12 week project, and they are responsible for the delay. We are organized and knew what we needed months in advance. Our tile was ordered with a buffer of two weeks more than Art Tile's estimated delivery date. Horrible!! Dissapointing!! – Just don't do it...or, at least don't use the installers. We had a small area in our one bathroom house, that needed tile. Nothing fancy, but because it was the area around the toilet and shower, the bathroom was rendered unusable until the tile would be installed. We were quoted that the tile would take two weeks to get in, and that they would come the following thursday, and it would be a three day job to get the tile installed, set the grout, and seal the job before we could shower in our bath... read more

I'll never go back to Art Tile and you shouldn't go either. Their price was 45% over my tile person's price, they wouldn't replace broken tile because I didn't notice it quickly enough, they significantly underestimated the amount of tile I needed despite excellent drawings which delayed my remodel. The staff was snotty when I had a complaint. No way I'll ever go back...ever.

Art Tile NEVER again – I'll NEVER go bacl to Art Tile and neither should you. Their price was 45% over my tile person's cost, they wouldn't replace broken tile, the significantly underestimated the amount or tile I needed despite my having excellent drawings of the project and the staff was snotty when I had a complaint.

A great place to look for tile – Art Tile has been around for years and have the knowledge of material that really is priceless. I've always found the staff to be extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist the client. As a tile contractor myself I'm more than happy to refer my clients to a showroom where I know that they'll be given good advice as well as trendy ideas which they may wish to incorporate in the creation of their dream kitchen or bath.

Terrible customer service – I've been in to Art Tile on Roosevelt twice in a month to browse tile. The first time they were very busy, so okay, I'll try again another time. The second time I went in, I walked up to the counter where a young girl was sipping on her large soda and looked at me as though she didn't want to be bothered. I asked her where the glass tiles were and she replied, "They're in the back corner,".
