I haven't been able to contact anyone concerning this but I was very unhappy with the way that horizontal pieces of wood were put in place instead of replacing the vertical pieces of the fence. It looks very unprofessional. I wanted a temporary fix but I wanted it to look profesional. Thanks
Ben did an overall great job. He took the initiative to make contact, followed-up and scheduled me in quickly. He did the work as described and it cost even less than estimated because he didn't have to replace as much of the fence as expected. He's very personable and very professional.
