I had a hole in my ceiling from someone falling through my attic and ArtTech repaired it and you could not tell the difference. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

The job was done quickly and efficiently
Ben and crew worked hard on my fence repair in 102 degree heat the entire day. They did an amazing job. The job wasn't quite done at the end of the day, and they came back and completed it promptly. I will use them again when the next storm takes down another section of fence.

They did a good job with what they did but they neglected to write down what I wanted done. They wanted to charge me their minimum labor charge to the additional work when if they done it with the rest of the project, it would have been much less. I am finishing the rest of the project myself.
Business response:
Fence was fixed as discussed. Customer had given us a dollar value to complete other work as needed other than the emergency repair next to the pool. No other work was needed due to the fence needing other repairs throughout the property. Customer was only charged for what we did. Customer called very upset and yelling "that we missed other repairs" I told the customer we would come out and take care of it and he said he would finish it himself.
