The initial contact with Darlene to design the monument for my wife went very well. Her suggestions and computer generated images made the selection of a final design much easier. The final result in stone turned out beautiful. There was never any difficulty in making contact. The only reason that I’m not giving 5 stairs, and I hesitate somewhat to do so which will be explained later, is the difficulty in getting the headstone erected at the cemetery. This is an amazing company that takes amazing care of their customers. They are very kind and compassionate. They take their time and guide you thru the process. Jim and Darlene are very professional. I truly appreciate how the helped honor and respect my son who had passed away with the work they had done.
