Choosing Art Stems as my wedding florist was the easiest and best decision I made. My bouquet was everything I dreamed of - romantic and whimsical. I had a 'lord of the rings' theme (not your average wedding brief!) but Bobby understood me and effortlessly brought the vision to life. The venue set-up felt like something out of a storybook. 100% recommend Art Stems. Their work is truly unique, creative and magical!!

really wonderful florist that i cannot recommend highly enough. i've been here a few times and every time the service is exceptional, and the flowers are gorgeous, with a lovely range. i also visited last thing on Saturday, and despite my awful timing, the service was still second-to-none, and the flowers were beautiful. thanks for all your help!

The owner of Art Stems on Lygon reached out promptly following my negative review. The owner was very professional and sincere and had an A1 attitude. A replacement boutique was sent out to me. The owner showed a genuine interest to make things right and for this I would definitely recommend this business-Thank you very much. +++++++ Work colleagues bought flowers for me yesterday. Work colleagues bought flowers for me yesterday. I didn't have the heart to tell them they were sold a boutique that was not fresh and was dying. The kangaroo paw is droopy and falling to pieces, the hydrangeas look sad and the rest of the filler foliage is drying out. My very first time submitting a review- I felt so angry that a business could do this-and I bet the boutique wasn't cheap to buy.
