do not use this guy he does not know what he's doing. three trips back to stop leak around chimney after replacing my shingles then he ended up caulking to stop which is a patch. now there's leaves and pollen pods piled up in my attic from the vented ridgecaps he installed. every time I've contacted Art he tells me I'm crazy and don't know what I'm talking about. if I could erase the one star I would. absolutely the worst experience I've ever had.

Previous owner of our home had the home reroofed in 2019. Have since had to make up for multiple missed nails causing leaks. Soft spots, lifted shingles. Definitely not fun as a first time home owner. They said reroofed in 2019 and was not expecting to be needing a new roof more than likely in the coming 2 years if insurance demands. That's not even a decade old. And wouldn't know of any warranty on roof work. Previous owner didn't pass much info.

I had a new roof put on my mobile home by Mr Art Smith and to my surprise he hand nailed 40 sq . Great quality work and fair pricing. This is the company you want to replace your Roof !!!!
