I have worked with Kim several times to both buy and sell homes and each experience has been fantastic. Kim had our condo listed for over a year, telling us from the start that it could take awhile to find THE buyer for our place! Thirteen months later, we had THAT buyer! Her expertise really shined negotiating both with our buyer buy also with the sellers of the home we bought.
