Slum Lord. Properties deteriorating. You should be ashamed. Cosmetic repairs don’t work. You live good so should your tenants. Maintenance is a joke. Newsworthy

Art Russo also owns 2420 Properties LTD in which he flips homes. They cut corners and do shoddy workmanship as well as not disclosing defects. Also, he does not abide by the request to remedy that his firm signed off on.
