I’ve never met a company more unprofessional. I reached out to them over a month ago to get a quote for a pool remodel. They seemed professional and courteous, so I decided to use them for the remodel. I signed a contract April 6th to get the work started and since that day I have not heard back from them. Art built our beautiful pool ten years ago and it continues to be one of our best investments in our yard. He is honest, incredibly hard working and is great at communicating when work will be done. We have recently had some maintenance issues due to the age of the pool and when I reached out, Art responded quickly and took care of the concerns immediately. I would 100% recommend his company and would use him again in a heartbeat.
