If there was a no star option I would definitely give that. First, when installing my new AC they damaged my home ceiling was cracked in multiple places and in my bedroom one of the installers fell through the ceiling. This was not even looked at for months and when they actually came to repair it they just patched the holes and cracks with putty not matching color or texture.
