worst company ever. I hired them to do an electrical job and they didn't show up for the 2 city inspections, which is necessary to close the permits and finish the inspections. I paid them the full balance and still waiting after 3 months for them to refund me the money and reply to my emails. I contacted another company to redo their job and pass all inspections. by the way, they made a mess, the other company had to do everything over. The technician's name is Davain Adams. Never recommend this company

Today I called them for an emergency service call. My AC stopped working - and it is extremely hot. I was told they would send someone out - of course for an increased fee - I said that was fine I needed to get this fixed ASAP. I was informed that someone from dispatch would call me with the time frame a technician would arrive. 2 hours later - no call was received.
