Customer service wasn’t helpful. Wouldn’t provide details on cancellation policy and flat out would not cancel an order placed within two hours. Would recommend all optometrists or consumers avoid.

Their customer service is superb, the quality is consistently high, they are reliable, their consultants are very knowledgeable and helpful no matter how disorganized my information vomit to them is. Been wearing gas permeable contacts for 58 years. I have never had a better fit and comfort with my lens. I hardly feel the lens in my eyes. I feel the lab who used to make my lens were over the years was not good. Great job Art Optical.
