You, along with 21 other people, receive a four-course menu crafted out of fresh local ingredients. Occasionally the dinners have a theme, such as Italian wines and cheeses or Southern cuisine. Even if there is no unifying theme, the food is always meticulously prepared and delicious. An absolute must if you are in Seattle!

a seattle classic, very good!
Tasting menu...so amazing! Love that they change it up periodically. Would go every week if I could.
Great dinner here for a date night with my husband after our son was born (thanks grandparents!). I love the pace of the meal with the multiple courses, and the wine pairing made it so much more special. All the courses were so creative and delicious. This was an experience we won’t be forgetting anytime soon.
To sum it up: tries way too hard. Needs to dial it down ... a lot. Too many flavors, to much trying to impress, not anywhere near enough finesse. At these prices it should be amazing. It was a mess. 20 mins between courses. Weird wine pairings. Dishes with 8-10 tastes that needed 3-5. Chef needs to breathe deep and go back to basics.
There tasting menu was to die for a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a true farm to table locally sourced experience.
