Great work out! – This gym is one of the very best. You can come & work out no matter what level you are at. They are very good at making sure you are safe & getting the best work out possible for you. The instructors are nice & engaged in making sure your work out is effective for you. There are no boring machines. And, each class is different. You will never do the same things twice. I woud definitely recommend trying a class. You won't regret it.

The most fun Gym in town – Art of Strength Minnesota is a great, fast paced workout. You never get bored and can get strength, flexibility and cardio all in an hour! The instructors are really nice and very good at correcting form and making sure everyone is getting a safe and effective workout. The gym is not based on the same old (boring) stationary machines and tired old routines. Killer fun workout! – After doing kettlebells for a few years I looked forward to joining Art of Strength. I was not disappointed! The instructors are knowledgeable and can tailor your workout to bolster your strengths and help your weaknesses ( my knees) get stronger. In addition to being muscle smart they are a whole lotta fun.
