The dentist said everything was perfect when I first come but I only realized the seriousness of my cavity and gum recession (more than one teeth) when I switched to another dentistry after two months which is totally unbelievable. They should have noticed me when do the checking!!!
Been a patient for a year now. Had a few broken problem teeth removed last year, mouth feels 100% better. They do take CDCP, minimal care involved in that but it is a heckofa lot better than nothing.
I've been seeing Dr Battaglin and her team for 8-ish years, from regular check-ups to more serious concerns and have even had her refer me to specialists. My care there has been A+, so much so that I left the city and still drive in 90 min each way to see the team for my cleanings and other dental dare. The front staff, hygienists and dentists are all experts. I've always felt my oral health and wallet were safe in their care.
This review is a bit late (busy mom life ), but I just have to say how thankful I am for Dr. Lee and his assistant Nimfa. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dental visits, but they made me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Lee was gentle and patient, and Nimfa was so kind and reassuring. The staff are also very welcoming, they even followed up after I had to reschedule my second visit because of a cold. I truly appreciate how caring and attentive everyone was. Highly recommend this clinic!
Dr. Battaglin & the front desk team have always been amazing! The team is super welcoming and helpful with making follow-up appointments. You can tell they care about their patients.
