I arrived on time for my appointment. The staff were nice instructed me to undress and put on a worn-out cotton gown—faded, threadbare, with multiple holes from overuse. I then waited over 50 minutes past my scheduled time for the doctor. When he finally arrived, he spent ~5 minutes in the room. He barely examined the growths—just circled a few with a marker, said “these look like they could be skin cancer,” told me to use sunscreen, and walked out. I came in to the office very anxious and worried, until Isabelle came into the exam room and explained everything to me. Her kindness and knowledge were greatly appreciated and she made the entire appointment the best it could be. Thank you Isabelle!
I have nothing but praise for the Invermere mobile clinic. It is convenient, relaxed and yet totally professional. While I’ve had excellent experiences with the Canmore clinic, it is nice to not have to drive two hours for my appointment. Thank you for adding this option.
Living in Invermere BC is Heaven on earth. I would always have to go to Canmore for an appointment. That is less than 2 hours away. So when Dr Lubitz came here in his caravan for the followup appointment I received the same wonderful attention to my condition. Thank you Doctor for you attention to your patients.
