I’ve been to this clinic multiple times with appointments however I always have to wait at least 40 minutes to get into my appointment which is frustrating when I travel for this appointment and often have to get back for work
I’m writing this review during the wait I am a regular patient at this clinic, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. Despite having scheduled appointments and arriving on time, I usually wait over 50 minutes, and sometimes more than 1 hr , to see the doctor. During the wait, I am often left sitting in a room while staff attempt to promote or sell products. When the doctor finally arrives, the consultation lasts only a few minutes. Great doctor, he’s got the skill set for sure. I’ve read other negative reviews, but he’s pretty compassionate towards me! But the private fees in excess of what’s already covered by AHS is beginning to strangle people on fixed incomes such as myself on disability, who can’t afford to keep paying out of pocket for each injection that’s covered by AHS. Tough place to be in for folks like myself!!
TERRIBLE FOLLOW UP. MY MOTHER IS LEFT WITH SCARRING, NO PRESCRIPTION AS PROMISED, NO ANSWERS ABOUT WHERE THE DR MISSED THE MARGINS.. NOTHING. MY MOTHER HAS SKIN CANCER AND THIS DR AND STAFF CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER. DISGRACEFUL
It is very hard to reach this clinic. Nobody picks up the phone. I left messages and no call back at all. I know there are 2-3 people working there but not sure why none of them can answer or get back to you. Very disappointing.
