Great place for amazing quality of oil and vinegar. The staff (Claire) is incredible.
Leaving this review to say thanks for an order I recently had shipped, they were very fast to ship it and it arrived in great condition! This shop is great, and the oils are amazing. They can elevate any dish, and I especially like using the tuscan herb / mushroom & sage oils to finish various pasta dishes... let's just say when I ran out the pasta lost its edge, and I had to order more. Thanks!
Great selections of oils and balsamic vinegar
Wife dragged me in but glad she did. Turned out to be one of the more interesting shops in West Jefferson. Be sure to try out the Espresso infused balsamic vinaigrette!
