Love that Dr Ofisa works the muscles before adjusting. It makes the body adjust so much easier. Plus giving you the exact stretches you need for your particular issue/issues - it's a win for me.

I’ve been a patient for almost a year and am so grateful for Art of Motion. I just had my second baby and I had regular chiropractic visits through out my pregnancy and it made a world of difference. Dr. Ofisa knows his stuff and is an awesome chiropractor. He has also taken great care of my toddler and infant. I also had weekly prenatal massages during my last 8 weeks of pregnancy and highly recommend Jordyn as a massage therapist (whether you’re pregnant or not).
I have been going to Shaloam for a few months now and I am loving how I feel after the adjustments. I’m about 8 months pregnant and I can tell that my joints and muscles are getting well prepared for labor and delivery. I highly recommend him to all mamas-to-be!
